LUCIA ODESCALCHI declines any responsibility in the event that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the website may appear slightly different from the original.
Images on LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT belong to LUCIA ODESCALCHI and any unauthorized use without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
In the event of any discrepancy concerning a Pre-Order item, or if some of its components become unavailable , LUCIA ODESCALCHI will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Product Availability
Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of LUCIA ODESCALCHI including warehouses and stores.
Once an order is processed by the Orders Department, LUCIA ODESCALCHI reserves the right to reconfirm merchandise availability, verify the validity of the transaction, and review the Client’s record. Clients will be informed if the item ordered is unavailable or if the order cannot be processed as requested.

Processing Orders
LUCIA ODESCALCHI reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
LUCIA ODESCALCHI reserves the right to delay shipment if an order cannot be dispatched due to circumstances beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
It is at the sole discretion of LUCIA ODESCALCHI to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
Final Customers
LUCIA ODESCALCHI has created and published the websites LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT with the mission of offering services exclusively to its Clients.
The products on sale on the web site LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM are destined to the Final Customer. Prices & Currencies
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.
LUCIA ODESCALCHI encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.
Order Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted by LUCIA ODESCALCHI:
Credit Card
When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Unicredit which accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Carte Bleu. Please visit: www.unicredit.it and for further information.
Credit Card Security
Clients purchasing through LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT are guaranteed maximum credit card security using a secure server. LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT Customer Care agents will not ask for, nor accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates.
Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).
PayPal
LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
First-Time Client
Pre-Order Payment
Clients can place orders for merchandise that is scheduled to arrive later in the season. In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and a refund or store credit will be issued.
The credit card will be charged the date of order placement.
PayPal payments for Pre-Orders are the same day as order placement.
The shipping address country inserted for Pre-Orders cannot be modified, updated or changed in any way.
Order Status
We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
Promo Codes
Clients who have been sent a LUCIA ODESCALCHI PROMO CODE by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. PROMO CODES cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. However they can be used in conjunction with Store Credit Vouchers.
Gift Cards
The LUCIA ODESCALCHI GIFT CARD:
is redeemable exclusively on-line for any article featured on the LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT website.
is available in increments from Euro 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 5000.
is sent to the recipient in a digital format.
has a validity of 12 months.
can be used for one or more orders.
can be used towards an order of greater value than the Gift Card amount.
can be used in conjunction with other LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM Gift Cards of varying amounts towards one purchase. Contact sales@luciaodescalchi.com for a cumulative code.
The LUCIA ODESCALCHI GIFT CARD:
cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
do not include any eventual import fees on the shipped merchandise. Import Fee payment is the sole responsibility of the Gift Card/ Order recipient. Shipments within the EU are not subject to import fees. Shipments outside of the EU are subject to import fees. Shipments to countries that have all-inclusive pricing are not subject to import fees.
Orders placed with Gift Cards can be returned. If the returned item is for a refund the amount of the return will be credited back to the Gift Card.
LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM/LUCIAODESCALCHI.IT Gift Cards are anonymous and, therefore, LUCIAODESCALCHI.COM is not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards. Please contact sales@luciaodescalchi.comfor lost or stolen Gift Cards.
LUCIA ODESCALCHI reserves the right to refuse orders placed with Gift Cards that may be invalid, fraudulent or the result of code duplication.
